The Free Consultation
When you make an enquiry, you will speak to an RDR compliant IFA who is very experienced in advising on mergers and acquisitions within the industry. They will discuss the breakdown of your client bank with you, and give you a completely Free Valuation on your client bank. Your details will then be passed on to our M&A specialists. They will then advise on which options may be best for you, and the possible next steps.
Our Database
We have a large database of IFA companies looking to buy or sell, and work with several networks that have the same. This includes detailed practice information, and a summary of their buying or selling criteria. After your Free Consultation, you can become part of this database at no charge, which greatly increases your chances of finding the best deal.
Finding Suitable Matches
Besides our large database, we also work with research specialists who can target other IFA practices that meet your desired criteria. We will draw up a shortlist of potential companies, and ask for your feedback. We can then contact each suitable company to find initial interest. This will be in a strictly confidential manner.
Introductions
Once we have established interest from suitable a company, we will then arrange a meeting to discuss the potential deal. The meeting can take any format that suits both parties. You will be asked to sign an Introducers Agreement before the meeting takes place. |
