About IFA Clients.com

We offer a brokerage service for IFA’s looking to buy or sell existing client banks. This is for both full acquisitions, and phased introduction agreements . The need for this service has been greatly increased by the Retail Distribution Review. Our industry experts can help with

  • Immediate sales where one IFA business buys another outright.
  • Phased acquisitions where the outgoing IFA retains an interest, and earns commission payments through introducers agreements.
  • Helping to monetize non active clients within your client bank, paying you a large commission

We have a very large database of interested buyers and sellers. We can also target additional practices to closely match your requirements. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell an IFA business, our service can guarantee you the best possible deal.

The Retail Distribution Review

In January 2013, the Retail Distribution Review (Known as RDR), will come into full effect. On this date, all financial advisers will be required to meet the Minimum Qualifications Credit Framework Level 4 or equivalent. It will also become compulsory to charge on an agreed fixed fee basis rather than commission.

This has prompted many experienced IFA’s to investigate their options. Our specialists can offer advice on how to comply with the forthcoming RDR changes, or help you to find a suitable buyer should you be looking to retire.
